We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, independent creative events agency based in London. They work with some of the world's most recognised luxury and premium brands, producing high-end events, experiential activations and immersive brand experiences globally.:

The Role
This is a senior hire to help lead the agency's production arm. You'll take ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end — from brief through to de-rig — while also providing leadership and mentorship to mid-level and junior producers.
You'll be the main operational lead on projects, translating creative ambitions and client briefs into tight, executable production plans. You'll work across a range of event types and scales, from high-end client dinners and product launches to large-format experiential with complex AV and scenic builds.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle delivery from initial brief through post-event reconciliation
- Own project schedules, critical paths and budgets
- Oversee technical production including AV, lighting, scenic and staging
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients and stakeholders
- Manage internal teams and external suppliers to deliver on time and on budget
- Mentor and support junior members of the production team
- Ensure all H&S and compliance requirements are met
About You
- 6–8+ years in luxury or premium event/experiential production, agency-side
- Proven track record delivering complex, high-budget projects (£150k+)
- Commercially sharp with strong budget management skills
- Confident in front of clients and capable of representing the agency independently
- Solid technical knowledge across AV, scenic, staging and live event production
- Calm under pressure, solutions-focused and highly organised
Salary
£65–70k,depending on experience, plus benefits
London Based: 4 days on-site 1 day remote
