You'll be the main operational lead on projects, translating creative ambitions and client briefs into tight, executable production plans. Key Responsibilities

  • Own project schedules, critical paths and budgets
  • Oversee technical production including AV, lighting, scenic and staging
  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Manage internal teams and external suppliers to deliver on time and on budget
  • Mentor and support junior members of the production team
  • Ensure all H&S and compliance requirements are met

About You

  • 6–8+ years in luxury or premium event/experiential production, agency-side
  • Proven track record delivering complex, high-budget projects (£150k+)
  • Commercially sharp with strong budget management skills
  • Confident in front of clients and capable of representing the agency independently
  • Solid technical knowledge across AV, scenic, staging and live event production
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-focused and highly organised

Salary

£65–70k,depending on experience, plus benefits
