Senior Project Manager – Data Center Construction

Metric DCX is currently partnered with a nationally recognized Top general contractor that has built a strong reputation delivering complex mission critical, commercial, and industrial projects across the U.S. The company continues to expand its hyperscale data center division and has a strong long-term project pipeline.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center projects in Virginia from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will play a key role in overall project delivery, client management, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead hyperscale data center construction projects through all phases of delivery

• Manage project financials, schedules, contracts, and change orders

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders

• Oversee subcontractor coordination and field execution

• Mentor and lead project teams across multiple disciplines

• Ensure quality, safety, and operational excellence throughout project lifecycle

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of construction management experience

• Strong background in mission critical/data center construction preferred

• Experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial projects

• Proven success leading complex MEP-intensive builds

• Ability to manage client relationships and drive project execution
