We are seeking an experienced Senior Aircraft Engine Field Technician IV to join an elite mobile response team supporting aviation customers and aircraft manufacturers across the United States and internationally.

Schedule & Shift
- Flexible rotational shift schedule based on operational and customer needs
- Weekend, holiday, evening, and on-call availability may be required
- Travel commitment up to 100%, including domestic and international assignments
- Candidates should reside within a 120-minute drive of Teterboro Airport, NJ or Bradley Airport in Windsor Locks, CT
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced aircraft engines and modules
- Disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble engine components with precision and accuracy
- Utilize technical manuals including AMM, EMM, IPC, service bulletins, and FAA directives
- Diagnose defects and implement effective corrective actions in field environments
- Collaborate with Maintenance Operations Control to ensure safe and efficient execution of work scopes
- Deliver exceptional customer support while representing a world-class aerospace organization
- Maintain FAA compliance and repair station inspection approval requirements

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of aircraft maintenance, repair, and/or overhaul experience
- OR
- Associate Degree with 3+ years of aircraft maintenance, repair, and/or overhaul experience
- FAA Airframe & Power Plant (A&P) License
- Ability to pass FAA/DOT background screening and drug testing
- Ability to lift components weighing up to approximately 50 pounds
- Ability to pass required eye examination
Preferred Qualifications
- Gas turbine engine experience
- FAR145 repair station experience
- Customer-facing field service experience
- Aircraft or engine logbook familiarity
- Leadership or lead technician experience
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
