Mergers and Acquisitions Manager

Warner Scott are partnered with a top 10 UK Accounting firm who are looking to hire a Manager for their Leeds Corporate Finance team. This firm has performed excellently over the last few years, and has seen growth across a number of areas - this Leeds office is a key focus for them in terms of further expansion. This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced Lead Advisory professional looking to join a high performing team, or an ambitious TS professional looking to break into Lead Advisory M&A.

Key Reponsibilities

• Develop financial analyses and support materials such as strategic plans, promotional content, and projected figures.
• Identify and engage with potential buyers, coordinating communication throughout.
• Oversee elements of complex deals while taking full ownership of smaller assignments.
• Contribute to broader team business development efforts
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, responding efficiently to queries and challenges.
• Deliver clear, persuasive explanations of services and their value to clients.
• Ensure solutions are tailored to each client’s specific needs.
• Produce high-standard outputs aligned with internal guidelines and external compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Qualified ACA (Or equivalent)
• Previous experience in an M&A Lead Advisory team, or in a Transaction Services team)
• Strong financial modelling skills
