Working Hours: 45 hours per week
Salary: £30,387 plus OTE bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers professionally and courteously
- Understand and document customer vehicle concerns accurately
- Provide clear and detailed service estimates and timelines
- Coordinate with the workshop team to schedule and manage vehicle servicing
- Keep customers updated on the progress of their service
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities
- Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with service management software
- Valid UK driver's licence
