- Manage check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and attention to detail
- Anticipate guest needs before they even ask (yes, mind-reading helps 😉)
- Handle calls, reservations, and special requests with confidence and care
- Be the go-to expert for everything from dining recommendations to local hidden gems
- A natural ability to connect with people and make them feel welcome
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and a commitment to getting it right
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience
