Manager in Training – What You’ll Learn

This role offers hands-on training in:

• Marketing & Lead Generation Strategy
• Customer Acquisition & Client Relations
• Team Development & New Hire Training
• Leadership & Performance Management
• Operations & Project Oversight
• Small Team Management (5–10 employees)

Our goal is to develop internal leaders capable of overseeing client campaigns and managing team performance effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily marketing and lead generation campaigns
• Work directly with customers and client accounts
• Assist in training and developing new team members
• Monitor team performance and project growth
• Contribute to operational improvements and team structure
• Support campaign expansion and client results

Qualifications
