Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed assigned KPIs.
  • Proactively maintain existing business and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Manage complex sales situations, from proposal preparation to contract negotiation,
  • Lead the full sales process and coordinate project teams.
  • Build, own and manage strong relationships and clear communication with all customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Track competitor and market trends and respond quickly to maintain a high win rate.
  • Plan and execute cost-effective call programs to engage all key customers in the territory and coordinate activities with other sales colleagues based on customer needs.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Min 2 years of experience in Sales in Pharma or Medical device
  • Travel min 60%
  • Fluent English & Dutch
