Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed assigned KPIs.
- Proactively maintain existing business and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Manage complex sales situations, from proposal preparation to contract negotiation,
- Lead the full sales process and coordinate project teams.
- Build, own and manage strong relationships and clear communication with all customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Track competitor and market trends and respond quickly to maintain a high win rate.
- Plan and execute cost-effective call programs to engage all key customers in the territory and coordinate activities with other sales colleagues based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- Min 2 years of experience in Sales in Pharma or Medical device
- Travel min 60%
- Fluent English & Dutch
