Organizational Development

• Collaborate with the various stakeholders to implement organizational development strategies, initiatives, and interventions
• Support the development and execution of employee engagement and communication strategies to enhance workplace culture and job satisfaction

Talent Management and Succession Planning

• Assist in the identification of talent management needs and strategies that align with business requirements
• Contribute to the evaluation of existing and potential employees to support recruitment, promotions, training, and succession planning

Training and Development

• Assist in identifying training and development needs based on skill gaps identified through assessments and analyses
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback, assessments, and performance improvements

Team Coordination

• Assist Team members in organizing workflows, follow ups, and meeting documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in human resource management
