Talent Acquisition Partner, Associate Level - Hedge Fund

Firm: $10B+ Hedge Fund

Key Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle talent acquisition for high-impact front office, investment, and quant roles across a fast-moving hedge fund environment, from sourcing to close.
• Build and activate elite candidate pipelines using a mix of direct search, discreet market mapping, referrals, and deep industry networking.
• Partner directly with Portfolio Managers, COOs, and senior investors to translate strategy into precise hiring needs and deliver top-tier talent at speed.
• Operate as a market intelligence engine, tracking competitor talent movements, compensation trends, and emerging hedge fund talent pools.
• Drive a high-touch candidate experience, managing confidential processes with polish, urgency, and exceptional stakeholder communication.
• Consistently deliver against aggressive hiring targets in a performance-driven, fast paced environment

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of internal recruiting experience within financial services
• Must live in Fairfield County, CT or Westchester County
