Sr. Business Data Analyst

Lead data discovery and requirements of new data ingestions, conduct in depth analysis for source to target mapping, develop data dictionaries, and perform data testing and validation.

" Advanced business requirements gathering and documentation with the ability to work with the technical team to translate business requirements to technical requirements

" Advanced testing data validation, test execution, regression testing

" SQL Server Data Management Studios (navigation, read/write/execute queries)

" SQL Server Reporting Services (navigate reports as read-only)

" Microsoft PowerBI (navigate and filter reports as read only)

" Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office Suite of Tools

Experience

" Minimum 8 years of data analysis, requirements definition, and data warehouse build experience

" Minimum 8 years hands on working experience with intermediate to advanced level SQL

" Minimum 5 years of working knowledge of basic PowerBI and SSRS reporting tools

" Minimum 8 years experience performing data validation and testing

" Minimum 5 years of leading teams to perform data research, analysis, and validation
