Education Program Expert (m/w/d)

Are you passionate about turning complex topics into engaging learning experiences? Do you enjoy creating impactful training content and delivering sessions that truly resonate with learners? In this role, you will design and deliver modern training programs with a strong focus on didactics, learner experience, and high-quality content creation.

Your tasks:

• Design and develop engaging learning content for various training formats (e.g., in person workshops and digital learning programs)
  
• Translate complex technical topics into clear, structured, and learner-friendly materials
  
• Create, edit, and continuously improve training content, ensuring consistency and high quality across all formats
  
• Deliver technical training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, with a focus on interactive and effective learning experiences
  
• Manage and maintain learning content within the Learning Management System (e.g., Academy Ocean), including versioning and documentation
  
• Collaborate on the design of end-to-end learning journeys tailored to different audiences (customers and internal teams)
  
• Continuously enhance training approaches using modern didactic methods and feedback from participants
  
• Support the planning, coordination, and preparation of training sessions and educational programs

Your profile:

• Completed technical education or comparable background
  
• Strong interest in education, didactics, and adult learning principles
  
• Proven experience in creating training materials or educational content
  
• Confidence in delivering trainings and facilitating learning sessions
  
• Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate them in a clear and engaging way
  
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and digital learning formats is a plus
  
• Structured, detail-oriented, and self-driven working style
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
  
• Fluent in English
  
• German or Czech skills are a Plus
