The Workday Finance Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of Workday Finance programs, including planning, execution, governance, integrations, and post-go-live stabilization. This role requires managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders, vendors, risks, budgets, and timelines to drive successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Delivery:

• Lead full lifecycle: Assessment → Design → Build → Test → Deploy → Support
• Manage core finance modules: GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Assets, Expenses, Revenue
• Drive Workday implementation, rollout, or upgrade programs
• Define roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
• Ensure adherence to scope, budget, timelines, and quality

Risk, Quality & Change Management:

• Identify and mitigate program risks proactively
• Ensure quality via SIT, UAT, and parallel runs
• Drive change management, user adoption, and training

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Workday Financial Management
• Proven track record of managing large enterprise programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication
• Experience with finance data conversion (Customer Central)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems / finance / data Analytics / related field
• Hands-on experience with Workday Finance modules
• Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft (Benefits) is a plus

• Target Bill Rate: $70/hr - $75/hr
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
