The Opportunity This is not a call‑centre role or an old‑school hard sell.
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll sit at the heart of a high‑performing commercial team, learning how to identify opportunities, engage decision‑makers, and progress real business conversations within mid‑market and enterprise organisations.
You’ll be fully supported through a 6‑month training and enablement programme, designed to turn motivated individuals into confident, capable sales professionals.
What You’ll Be Doing Business Development & Pipeline Growth
- Engaging new and existing customers to uncover sales opportunities
- Qualifying inbound and outbound leads
- Supporting campaigns across key technology solutions (cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, managed services)
- Turning conversations into qualified opportunities
- Working closely with senior sales professionals on live opportunities
- Supporting pricing, proposals, and commercial discussions
- Maintaining strong client engagement throughout the sales cycle
- Understanding modern technology solutions and how they solve business problems
- Using CRM systems to track activity and pipeline
- Building confidence in customer conversations (phone, email, meetings)
- Structured sales training from day one
- Coaching on customer engagement, objection handling, and qualification
- Technology fundamentals and commercial awareness training
- Ongoing mentoring from experienced sales leaders

- £35,000 base salary
- £20,000 OTE (uncapped potential)
