Manager, Business Systems

• Hybrid (2–3 days onsite)

We’re partnering with a growing organization seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager, Business Systems to support and evolve their enterprise application landscape.

This is a senior individual contributor role reporting directly to the VP, Technology, focused on driving business value through systems optimization, vendor coordination, and technology leadership across multiple platforms and stakeholders.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Partner with leaders across Operations, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service

• Evaluate and implement business technology solutions

• Lead system enhancements, upgrades, and implementations

• Oversee enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, WMS, TMS, PIM, and eCommerce systems

• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and implementation partners

• Drive process improvement, adoption, governance, and operational readiness

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✔ 8+ years in Business Systems, IT Applications, or Solution Delivery

✔ Strong experience with ERP, CRM, WMS/TMS, PIM, or Commerce platforms

✔ Proven ability leading cross-functional and multi-vendor initiatives

✔ Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills

✔ Business-focused mindset with excellent communication abilities

✔ Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving strategic improvements

Ideal background includes experience with platforms such as:

NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP, Epicor, JDE, Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, Inriver, Salsify, Plytix, and related enterprise technologies.
