• Design Complex Business Challenges — Create advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, operations analysis, cap table modeling, and more
• Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step responses — complete with financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-level rationales — that serve as the benchmark for AI training
• Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and alignment with professional business standards
• Sharpen AI Reasoning — Identify and correct flawed logic, such as misapplied WACC calculations, ignored sunk costs, or failure to account for macroeconomic variables, and provide structured, actionable feedback
• Work on Your Schedule — Complete task-based assignments independently and asynchronously, fully on your own terms

• Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
• Strong command of at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
• Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-quality written analysis and recommendations
• Naturally detail-oriented — you catch errors in financial models and logical gaps in arguments that others miss
• Self-directed and reliable when working independently
• No prior AI or tech experience required

• Background in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or private equity
• Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or structured review workflows
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel financial modeling, Tableau, or SQL
• Familiarity with AI tools or language model evaluation as an end user

• Work directly with industry-leading AI research labs on cutting-edge language models
