The Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program is seeking a
Facilities Project Manager to join our mission!
As the Facilities Project Manager, you will be overseeing the strategic plans to include space and capacity management, as well as new facility construction. This role will interface and need to collaborate with the Navy customer, program subject matter experts, the facilities team, and be able to present status, mitigation and recovery plans to the Senior leadership team.
The Successful Candidate Will
- Oversee and manage the facilities capability optimization
- Will lead a team of Project Engineers to optimize capabilities at FBM facilities.
- Review statuses of projects and budgets
- Manage schedules and prepares status reports.
- Present solutions to the customer and Senior Leadership.
- Background in project management, staffing and capacity management, Facilities space planning/management
- 5+ years leading diverse groups
- Knowledge of FBM Facilities
- Experience with DOD Customers.
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Engineering (Systems, Industrial, or the like).
- Active DoD Top Secret security clearance
Ability to work remotely
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
