Contracts & Sourcing Analyst

The position partners with internal business units, Legal, Information Security, Risk Management, and Finance to structure vendor engagements that meet operational needs while ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations applicable to financial institutions.
Primary responsibilities include supporting vendor sourcing initiatives, drafting and redlining contracts such as Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work, coordinating vendor proposal processes, and maintaining procurement documentation and governance standards.
Qualifications/Experience
- 4 - 6 years of related experience in procurement or contract management.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of:
- Procurement concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Contract administration and vendor management.
- Proven ability to develop policies and procedures.
- Experience supporting procurement or vendor contract administration within banking, credit unions, fintech, or other regulated financial services organizations.
- Familiarity with vendor contracting, technology vendor agreements or professional services sourcing.
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines and manage projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong research and documentation skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities.
- Well organized and attentive to detail.
- Able to use PC and peripherals, finance/accounting software systems, and miscellaneous business equipment.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum: $69,092
- Maximum: $110,546
