Administration Executive

The Opportunity

To ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-controlled administration of factory site services, supporting employee experience, operational continuity, statutory compliance, and audit readiness in line with Hitachi Energy standards.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Administrative operations and SAP-based invoice / PO processing
• Transport coordination and monthly bus audits
• Facility management including housekeeping, canteen, pantry, and gardens
• Security, CCTV governance, and visitor management
• High-profile visitor coordination
• 100% clearance of old bills within SLA
• Asset, scrap, and site event coordination
• Zero unauthorized access incidents
• On-time audits and SAP transactions
• Housekeeping and hygiene compliance
• ≥90% stakeholder satisfaction
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• Graduate with 4–8 years of experience in factory/site administration or facility management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
