Product Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage product line-up and product life-cycle planning activities
• Lead product positioning studies and grade walk analysis
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer expectations to maintain product competitiveness
• Independently conduct monthly market sales analysis, including:
• Automotive industry policies
• Brand / model / version sales performance
• Market trends and macroeconomic developments
• Lead competitor benchmarking activities by establishing and maintaining databases including pricing, specifications, configurations, volumes, launch plans, and sales strategies
• Plan, execute, and analyze customer and market surveys
• Organize and supervise product and competitor test drive activities
• Prepare management reports, presentations, and strategic product recommendations
• Organize monthly Product Committee meetings and follow up action plans
• Be responsible for the commercial performance and market competitiveness of Chery products
• Cooperate closely with HQ and cross-functional departments including Sales, Marketing, After Sales, Logistics, and Finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in product management, product planning, or sales planning
• Strong analytical, reporting, and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination abilities
• Strong planning, execution, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Having a valid driver licence
