We are seeking a motivated sales professional with strong phone skills who is ready to become part of one of Las Vegas’s top-performing real estate teams.

The Brenkus Team has proudly served over 9,000 clients, contributed to Gary Keller’s acclaimed book The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, and crafted a time-tested sales system built on more than four decades of local market expertise. You’ll be joining a streamlined, high-efficiency team where success is a shared goal.

Compensation Overview

Competitive base pay up to $20/hr DOE, plus commission bonuses

Projected first-year income: $55,000–$70,000+

(High performers consistently closing 20+ deals per month can earn between $80,000 and $100,000)

Your Path Forward

ISAs who consistently hit 20+ contracts per month are eligible for our Agent Track Program — a defined path to becoming a full-time buyer's or listing agent on The Brenkus Team. Our goal is to promote from within.

What You'll Do

This is an aggressive sales role. You are the quarterback of our team.

Every Day, You Will

• Make high-volume outbound calls to buyer and seller leads
• Immediately respond to inbound inquires
• Manage the database by nurturing leads using our follow-up system (already built for you)
• Build trust by uncovering client motivation and objections.
• Collaborate with your top agents, tag teaming to convert the leads
• Track your numbers, own your metrics, and compete to be at the top of the board

Qualifications

• Real Estate license (we have Real estate school if you are good at sales)
• Experience in real estate inside sales or a related field
• Knowledge of the real estate market and terminology
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office
• Motivated, results-oriented, and organized
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Detail-focused with problem-solving skills
