Business Intelligence/ Reporting Analyst

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting enterprise systems, controlled systems, or related IT infrastructure environments.

• 3–5+ years of advanced experience with Microsoft technologies, including SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, T-SQL development, Power BI, SharePoint, Windows Server administration, VM server deployment and management, and server implementation.

• Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining complex SSIS integrations and ETL workflows, automating data processes, and ensuring system-to-system data accuracy.

• Experience performing Windows Server updates, patch management, VM provisioning, system setup, and ongoing server maintenance to ensure security and operational continuity.

Day-to-Day Activities

Power BI & Reporting

• Build, clean, and maintain Power BI datasets and reports
• Take existing SSRS or database-style reports and translate them into Power BI dashboards
• Support report writing and enhancements across multiple source systems
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability for business users

SSRS / SQL / Data Integration

• Write SSRS reports across different systems (FleetWay, Maximo, security systems, and others)
• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to support reporting solutions
• Support and maintain SSIS packages related to reporting and analytics workflows

SharePoint & Dashboard Experience

• Work within SharePoint as a primary reporting platform
• Create divisional landing pages and dashboards within SharePoint
• Build a centralized “landing homepage” for each division to surface key reports and insights
• Maintain SharePoint locations that house all relevant documentation and reporting artifacts needed for day-to-day operations
