About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead operations across the AP & Telangana region, based out of Hyderabad. This role will be instrumental in driving sales growth, managing trade marketing initiatives, expanding channel development, and ensuring overall branch profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, forecast, execute, monitor, and review retail and distribution sales strategies for the branch.
- Achieve sales targets, expand the channel network, manage schemes, and ensure profitability.
- Build and maintain an efficient sales operations process and strong channel engagement.
- Manage outstanding debts per company policy and drive trade marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Enhance the productivity of the sales team, set performance metrics, and facilitate training to develop competencies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 12-15 years in retail sales (Distributor, Brand Stores, LRT, and ERT).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of retail management, channel development, customer relationship management, and market intelligence.

Communication Links:
- Daily collaboration with internal teams (Commercial, Customer Service, Marketing, and Category teams).
