Nature and Scope of Job

We are looking for a local, business-facing ServiceNow resource who can operate hands-on in the platform while working closely with stakeholders across the business. This person should be able to capture requirements, translate them into practical ServiceNow configuration and workflow updates, support post-go-live stabilization and adoption, and help build internal capability within the client’s team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Hands-on ServiceNow configuration and administration capability — not just business analysis or project coordination.
• Ability to translate business needs into actual platform updates, workflow changes, and system configuration.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and comfort working with non-technical business users.
• Experience in post-go-live stabilization, issue triage, process refinement, and adoption support.
• Ability to help build internal ServiceNow knowledge and reduce long-term dependency on outside support.
• Local or regularly on-site availability

• Performs other related duties and assignments as required

• Experience supporting new department onboarding into ServiceNow, especially operational groups beyond core IT.
• Experience improving training, enablement, dashboards, and queue visibility for fulfillers and support teams.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment where change control, governance, and internal capability-building matter.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred

Compensation

Salary/Hourly Rate Range (W2): USD 65.00 - 85.00

The base salary/hourly rate range represents the anticipated low and high end of the USDM’s compensation range for this position. Actual salaries/hourly rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The compensation described above is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described based on market survey data or budget.

Full-time employees are eligible for health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability, hospital indemnity, accident, and critical care coverage.

Both full and part-time employees, who are at least 21 years of age, are eligible to participate in USDM's 401k plan. Full and part-time employees may be eligible for paid time off.
