Variant is looking for its first marketer to join early and own how Variant shows up in the world — brand, content, events, positioning, and voice, end-to-end.
What you'll do
- Own Variant's brand and voice across every surface — website, social, content, sales collateral, events
- Build and ship content that actually gets attention — thought leadership, product storytelling, viral-worthy AI content
- Drive top-of-funnel growth: experiment across channels and double down on what works
- Plan and run events, dinners, and field marketing in Israel and the US
- Sharpen our positioning and messaging as we scale into new segments
- Partner directly with the founders on GTM strategy, launches, and category-defining moves
- Build the marketing playbook from zero — you'll set the standard for everyone who joins after you
What we're looking for
- Builder mentality — hands-on by default, ships fast, doesn't wait for permission
- 2+ years across some mix of content, growth, and product marketing in B2B SaaS or AI
- You've personally shipped things that got attention — viral content, breakout campaigns, launches people talked about
- Experience organizing events, dinners, or community moments that actually drove pipeline
- Strong writer with taste — you can go from blank page to crisp, on-brand copy
- Comfortable with AI tools as part of your daily workflow (you use them to move faster, not as a gimmick)
- Fluent in English (mother-tongue English is a MUST); Hebrew a strong plus
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy taking full ownership
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated by impact — not bureaucracy
