TEAM MEMBER COUNT ROOM

• Maintain strict compliance with Gaming Regulations.
• Manage the efficient drop and count process for slot bill acceptors and NRTs
• Verify the accuracy of the daily count, prepare detailed shift reports, and report irregularities to management
• Ensure proper maintenance of count room equipment including currency counters and wrapping machines.
• Recommend improvements to workflows for efficiency and security.
• Ability to foster teamwork, maintain morale, and communicate expectations clearly.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot currency counting equipment and computers.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Proficient in English verbal and written
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming Badge
• Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 - 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
• Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
• Strong proficiency with math and numerical accuracy.
