Location: New York City (hybrid) or Charlotte (remote)
Reports to: VP of Marketing
Role Summary
We are looking for a marketing operations associate who is the specialist behind our digital marketing execution.
This role is responsible for building, launching, and optimizing campaigns across HubSpot and our broader marketing tech stack. You will translate strategy into execution, own the systems that power lead generation and ensure our campaigns are measurable, scalable and performing.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who understands how marketing systems drive pipeline and is eager to solve problems, improve processes and make data actionable.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Build and Execution
- Build and launch marketing campaigns in HubSpot including emails, workflows, lists, and automation
- Create and optimize landing pages, forms, and conversion paths that drive lead generation
- Own marketing operations support for email campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, and performance visibility
- Manage campaign setup across channels including LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ad Manager
- Ensure all campaign assets and data flows are set up correctly across systems
Reporting and Performance Optimization
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in HubSpot that track campaign performance and pipeline impact
- Analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 and other tools
- Monitor conversion rates, funnel performance, and lead quality
- Identify performance gaps and proactively recommend optimizations
- Support ad hoc reporting requests from Marketing, Sales, and RevOps
CRM and System Management
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across HubSpot and Salesforce
- Execute CRM hygiene initiatives including deduplication, property management, and data standardization
- Ensure campaigns and workflows follow HubSpot best practices
- Support integrations and data flow between HubSpot, Salesforce, and other tools
- Document processes and help improve how marketing operations are executed
Agreement and Asset Management
- Build and manage client-facing contracts and related agreement workflows
- Support creation and maintenance of templates for agreements, landing pages and forms
- Ensure operational consistency across agreement creation and execution
- Provide operational support with occasional client-facing interaction
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing or marketing analytics
- Hands-on experience building campaigns in HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM
- Strong working knowledge of how marketing automation drives lead generation and pipeline
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Excel, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ad Manager
- Familiarity with Salesforce for data management and reporting
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and execution quality
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, solve problems, and improve processes independently
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing or data analysis
- Experience with template creation, light design work and copywriting
Nice to Have
- Basic HTML for email or landing page editing
- Experience supporting B2B or payments marketing
- Undergraduate degree in marketing, systems or a related field
Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000 annual salary
