About The Team And The Role
Tise, a pre-loved marketplace with over 4 million users across the Nordics, is growing into Germany following its acquisition by eBay in 2025. This role sits at the centre of that launch, helping establish Tise in a key new market with the agility of a growing brand and the support of a global business. As Marketing Manager for Germany, you will shape how the brand connects locally, translating global strategy into relevant, high-quality execution. You will work closely with the Country Manager (to whom you report) and global marketing teams in a hands-on, collaborative environment.
What You Will Accomplish
- Deliver and execute local marketing plans across campaigns, content, partnerships, activations, and in-app experiences
- Translate global brand and marketing strategy into locally relevant initiatives for the German market
- Drive growth in both buyers and sellers while increasing awareness, engagement, and brand affinity
- Partner with global brand and performance teams to ensure aligned, cross-channel execution
- Coordinate agencies and external partners to deliver consistent, high-quality marketing outputs
- Identify and act on local trends, opportunities, and partnerships to strengthen market presence
- Track and analyse performance metrics, using insights to refine campaigns and improve outcomes
- 4–6+ years of marketing experience, ideally within consumer, lifestyle, fashion, marketplace, or tech environments
- Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns across social, influencer, partnerships, content, events, paid, and owned channels
- Strong understanding of the German market, particularly Gen Z and Millennial audiences
- Ability to measure campaign performance and apply data to optimise results
- Solid project management and communication skills, with experience managing multiple priorities
- Confidence working cross-functionally and with external partners
- Fluency in German and English; role is full-time and based in Berlin
