Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
Achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, HR, Finance) for seamless service delivery
Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights
Prepare proposals, contracts, and business reports
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2–6 years in Business Development / Sales
Preferred experience in Facility Management / Services / B2B environment
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients
Willingness to travel within Hyderabad and nearby regions
