DOFE (Department of Frido Efficiency) is a focused team that works alongside the Founder’s Office to identify inefficiencies, improve execution, and ensure the business scales in a sustainable and disciplined manner.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst (1–2 years’ experience) to join DOFE and support efficiency-driven initiatives across the business. This role sits under the Founder’s Office and works closely with multiple internal teams and external partners.
The role is ideal for someone early in their career who has strong business understanding, can identify what truly matters, and enjoys driving execution—not just analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Business Understanding & Prioritisation
- Build a strong understanding of Frido’s business, cost structures, and operating model
- Identify inefficiencies and issues that materially impact cost, speed, or quality
- Support prioritisation by distinguishing between critical issues and low-impact noise
Efficiency & Process Execution
- Identify process gaps across operations, supply chain, logistics, and support functions
- Help design and implement practical, on-ground process improvements
- Track execution, impact, and outcomes against defined metrics
Vendor & Partner Management
- Coordinate with multiple external vendors across logistics, operations, and services
- Track vendor performance, SLAs, and commercial terms
- Support data-backed negotiations and commercial discussions
- Ensure agreed terms and service levels are executed consistently
DOFE / Founder’s Office Support
- Support high-priority initiatives driven by DOFE and the Founder’s Office
- Work closely with the Founder’s Office lead to drive execution
- Prepare concise updates, trackers, and decision notes
Who We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, operations, consulting, finance, or startup roles
- Strong business judgement and ability to understand real-world trade-offs
- High comfort with Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and convert them into executable actions
- Strong follow-through and stakeholder coordination skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
Strong Advantage If You Have
- Experience working with vendors or external partners
- Exposure to negotiations, SLAs, or commercial discussions
- Operations, supply chain, or logistics exposure
- Ability to balance relationship management with accountability
