Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for a broad range of salaried and hourly positions across commercial, operational, logistics, quality, regulatory, and corporate teams.
• Work closely with HR and business leadership to anticipate staffing demand, align hiring plans with business objectives, and support continuity during periods of growth.
• Drive efficient staffing for high-volume roles in distribution and operations environments while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
• Identify and engage talent through LinkedIn, industry associations, referral channels, trade schools, transition programs, and other targeted sourcing methods.
• Evaluate candidates for relevant industry background, technical capability, safety awareness, and ability to work within compliance-focused environments.
• Represent the organization at hiring events, community outreach activities, and industry gatherings to strengthen visibility in the talent market.
• Advise hiring managers on market conditions, interview practices, offer alignment, and fair, inclusive selection processes.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records within the applicant tracking system and coordinate effectively with HR teams to support a smooth onboarding process.
• Ensure recruitment activities follow applicable employment regulations, internal policies, and role-specific compliance standards, including positions tied to transportation or regulated operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with responsibility for sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
• Background recruiting for industrial, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or similarly operational environments.
• Working knowledge of employment law, hiring compliance, and documentation standards.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and LinkedIn Recruiter to manage searches and candidate pipelines.
• Strong ability to support both corporate recruiting and high-volume hiring initiatives across multiple job types.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner credibly with hiring leaders and HR teams.
• Experience recruiting in regulated or safety-sensitive industries is preferred, especially across multiple locations.
