Based in our Shanghai Jinghua Office, you will join our creative team as a Project Manager for Yue Sai, reporting to the DMI PM. You will play a key role in leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, mainly focusing on product packaging aesthetic, shaping the visual identity of a prestigious brand that blends traditional Chinese wisdom with modern luxury. - Project Governance: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting slides.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, Packaging) and external partners/vendors.
- Brand Visual Strategy: Support the development and implementation of the visual identity for Yue Sai across all consumer touchpoints, ensuring every element reflects a superior and refined aesthetic.
- Packaging & Gift Design: Support the design of innovative and appealing product packaging and special edition gift sets that capture the essence of the brand.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure all visual designs are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Exceptional Logical Thinking: Ability to maintain logical consistency across complex product hierarchies and transversal projects.
- Mature experience in project management, ideally within the beauty, luxury, or a related creative industry.
- An outstanding aesthetic sense and a deep understanding of luxury branding, with the ability to lead the creation of visually stunning and emotionally resonant designs.
- The ability to manage multiple projects independently and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional Influencing Skills: Ability to drive alignment across functions (Marketing, R&I, Operations, Packaging) without direct authority, ensuring everyone is 'on the same page' regarding project logic.
- Working experience 1-2 years is preferred.
