- Job Responsibilities:**
- Responsible for research and forecasting on energy storage market policies, development trends, product iterations, customer needs, and cost-effectiveness to provide recommendations for sales strategies.
- Based on industry insights and judgments, offer references for product planning, R&D direction, system solutions, and application scenario settings for energy storage products.
- Deeply involved in the R&D of energy storage projects, system integration, and communication of customer solutions. Continuously refine product types, functions, and materials from a market and technical support perspective to meet customer needs while considering cost-effectiveness.
- Other tasks assigned by superiors.
- Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree or above in electronics, electrical engineering, electrochemistry, or related fields. Familiar with the management process of power electronics products.
- Experience in energy storage integrated system (such as EMS, BMS) product management; understanding of the technology and market of the energy storage industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stress management skills; strong execution capability.
