Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and proactive Communications Assistant to support our Press, Celebrity, and KOL strategies. This role balances creative coordination with essential operational duties, specifically managing administrative documentation, payment processes, and sample loan logistics.
Role & Responsibilities
• Communications Support (Celebrity, Press & KOL)
- Assist in building relationships with media editors, celebrity agents, and influencers.
- Support end-to-end celebrity projects including campaign coordination, product seeding, and content collaborations.
- Coordinate campaign execution, including press releases, gifting, and content collaborations.
- Track media coverage and performance metrics; prepare regular status reports.
- Consolidate communication projects reports, including: weekly competitor report, product placement exposure, event recap, etc.
• Operations & Administration
- Draft and archive contracts, NDAs, and agreements; maintain databases, meeting minutes, and filing systems in compliance with brand and legal standards;
- Manage end-to-end sample loans and store pull system procedure for press shoots and celebrity styling;
- Team travel logistics support;
• Budget & Spending Coordination
- Invoice Processing: Verify invoices against deliverables and submit payment requests to Finance for timely settlement.
- Budget Tracking: Monitor expenses, track budget usage, and assist in preparing monthly spend reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field. - 1–3 years of experience in communications, PR, or brand marketing.
- Proven experience handling administrative workflows, finance/payment coordination, or inventory/sample management (preferably in the fashion/luxury sector).
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for tracking).
- Fluency in Mandarin and English; plus.
