Parts & Inventory Manager

The position plays a key role in coordinating supply flows across multiple locations and supporting efficient workshop operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end inventory of vehicle parts, tools, and consumables across operational sites
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid operational disruptions
- Coordinate with external suppliers and OEM partners to secure availability of required components
- Track incoming and outgoing parts, ensuring accuracy in inventory systems and records
- Manage warranty parts processing, returns, and documentation in line with procedures
- Support cost tracking and assist in maintaining budget control for parts and supplies
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to forecast parts demand based on planned activities
- Support scheduled maintenance programs and fleet update or upgrade campaigns
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of parts in warehouse and workshop environments
- Maintain high levels of data accuracy across inventory and procurement systems
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory efficiency and reduce operational delays
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive parts management, inventory control, or workshop logistics
- Experience working with inventory management systems or workshop management tools
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across locations
- Good understanding of cost control, stock management, and procurement processes
- Ability to work in fast-paced operational environments with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams and suppliers
- Fluent English required; German is mandatory; Spanish is an advantage
