The Opportunity


This role focuses on driving revenue growth across the DACH region through a combination of enterprise account expansion and new business acquisition.

You will manage a portfolio of large enterprise customers while identifying opportunities to extend the platform across additional departments and use cases. Alongside this, you will manage new logo opportunities, guiding complex sales cycles from qualification through to close.


The position is suited to an enterprise sales professional who enjoys managing strategic accounts while also developing new pipeline in a high-value, consultative sales environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive expansion revenue within a portfolio of enterprise customers across the DACH region
  • Manage full enterprise sales cycles from initial qualification through to contract close
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across existing customer accounts
  • Develop short and long-term account growth strategies aligned with customer priorities
  • Qualify inbound opportunities and progress them through structured sales processes
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales engagements
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility
  • Track performance against revenue targets and defined KPIs


About You

Essential experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of solution-based sales methodologies (MEDDICC or similar)
  • Proven ability to grow existing enterprise accounts through cross-sell and expansion
  • Experience developing and executing structured enterprise sales strategies
  • Fluent in German and English


Preferred experience

  • Experience selling data, automation, workflow, or enterprise productivity platforms
  • Background managing accounts across the DACH enterprise market
