- Support the team in preparing FF&E schedules, sample material boards, and other design-related documents
- Research current trends, furniture systems, materials, and accessories to aid in concept development and sourcing
- Help manage the design material and sample library, ensuring proper labeling and accessibility of items
- Assist in compiling supplier contact information and help in requesting product samples or catalogs
- Aid in the preparation of design boards, presentation materials, and visual aids for internal and client meetings
- Assist in basic AutoCAD drawings, 3D models, and rendering tasks as directed by the design manager
- Help organize project files, update tracking sheets, and handle clerical tasks related to the design team’s needs
