As an R&D Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, partnering closely with hiring managers, and driving high-quality hiring processes end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for R&D roles, from sourcing to offer stage
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Proactively source and attract top technical talent through various channels
- Conduct screening interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring performance
- At least 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Proven experience recruiting for R&D / technical roles
- Experience conducting HR interviews and extending offers to candidates
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
