So, what’s the job?
We’re looking for a Product Analyst to join Guardio’s Analytics Team and act as a true product partner.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Product Managers, R&D and Growth to shape product decisions through rigorous analysis and experimentation. You’ll own end-to-end analytical workflows - from framing problems, through exploration and experiments, to actionable recommendations.
This is a high-impact role focused on product strategy, user experience, and measurable outcomes.
You will
- Act as an analytics partner to Product Managers, influencing roadmap and prioritization through data
- Own product analyses end-to-end - problem framing, exploration, modeling, and insights
- Lead A/B tests and product experiments - hypothesis design, metric definition, statistical validation, and interpretation
- Analyze user behavior, funnels, retention, cohorts, and feature adoption to surface opportunities and risks
- Build clear dashboards, narratives, and decision frameworks for stakeholders
- Translate ambiguous product problems into structured analytical approaches
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, CS and R&D to ensure alignment on growth priorities and share actionable insights
- Leverage modern analytics and AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude) to accelerate analysis and delivery
- 4+ years of experience in Product Analytics / Data Analytics
- Strong SQL skills on large, complex datasets
- Data visualization skills - ability to present data clearly and accurately to support decision-making
- Proven hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies
- Deep understanding of product metrics - funnels, retention, cohorts, activation, feature adoption
- Product mindset - ability to translate user behavior into actionable product decisions, not just present numbers
- High ownership and comfort working in ambiguity
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
