A leading global co-working company is seeking a Sales Manager to join
our leading Sales team.
We’re looking for a positive, motivated, goal-oriented person to join our team.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of pre-sales
and sales of our site, as well as customer success, retention, and upsell.
What will you be responsible for:
*Pre-sale and Sales
*Qualify leads - convert them to tours and close deals
* Understand the customer’s needs- functional, services needed, timeline, budget, etc.
* Provide a suitable proposal offer
* Follow up with the customers
* Work closely with the Community Manager to achieve smooth onboarding Customer
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in B2B sales - a MUST!
* Complex sales experience - a MUST!
* BA degree in relevant fields.
* Extensive experience working with various companies and stakeholders.
* Excellent team player - a ‘can do’ approach!
* Strong oral and written communication skills both in Hebrew and English.
* Highly organized and Multitasking skills- knowledge of CRM systems.
* Excellent negotiation skills.
* People person- ability to gain the trust and confidence of a wide range/type of
customers.
