Junior .NET Developer

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Junior .NET Developer (.NET/API Integrations) in Jacksonville, FL (Onsite). We are partnering with a fast-growing, lifestyle-driven organization to hire a Software Engineer to join their internal team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering $125K-$130K, with flexibility for the right candidate. This team values culture, collaboration, and long-term growth just as much as technical ability. They are open to more early-career engineers and are willing to invest in training someone who is eager to learn and grow. Key Tasks:

• Build and support API integrations
• Connect and move data between systems
• Work on short, high-impact projects
• Collaborate closely with business, product, and engineering teams

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience with .NET/C# and API integrations
• Experience with SQL Server and Microsoft technologies
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset
• Team-oriented, proactive, and coachable
• Excited to be part of a growing, energetic culture
• Looking for a place to grow long-term

Nice To Have

• Experience with retail or consumer data
• Interest in AI or emerging technologies

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
