Position Summary

The Office Manager serves as the primary administrative leader for the Clearwater office and plays a key role in supporting daily operations, field teams, and corporate coordination. This position supports bidding activity, payroll and invoicing workflows, compliance documentation, union coordination, and front‑office management while ensuring the office operates efficiently and professionally.


This role will transition with the office relocation to Tampa, FL on June 1, 2026.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for the office

  • Coordinate bid submissions and maintain current vendor and subcontractor lists

  • Manage office supplies and monitor purchasing costs

  • Process invoices and assist with client billing

  • Collect, review, and submit payroll documentation and timecards

  • Collect and submit travel and expense reports for both union and non‑union employees

  • Maintain compliance records including:

    • Certifications

    • Training documentation

    • Rebate and incentive program records


  • Assist with employee onboarding and termination processes

  • Act as a liaison with union representatives and manage benefits‑related documentation

  • Maintain organized filing systems and uphold office administrative policies

  • Provide front desk coverage, including managing mail and deliveries

  • Prepare and submit weekly manpower reports to corporate leadership

  • Provide virtual administrative support to other Conti offices as needed to balance workload

  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned

QualificationsMust‑Have Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues

  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills

  • Technology‑savvy with willingness to learn new software platforms (Adobe, Bluebeam)

  • Basic accounting and financial administration knowledge

  • Willingness to become a public notary (training and certification reimbursed by Conti)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior construction industry experience in an administrative or office management role

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)

Work Environment

  • In‑office position supporting approximately 10–15 team members

  • Collaborative, professional, and growth‑oriented workplace

  • Regular interaction with field teams, vendors, and corporate departments
