Regional Account Manager: brief overview


Stormshield, the leading French publisher and a European reference in cybersecurity, is a subsidiary of Airbus Defence and Space Cyber Programmes and offers innovative, certified and highly qualified security products at the highest European level for network and data protection. To continue our growth, we are looking for a Regional Account Manager.

The Regional Account Manager develops a portfolio of end customers and prospects in private sector in his area.


Desired Background:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales within cybersecurity industry
  • Proven track record of achieving or overachieving sales targets as Account Manager or Sales Manager
  • Result oriented and have a hunger to ‘win’ the sale.
  • Experience in closing large deals
  • Self-motivated, able to work without constant supervision.
  • Team player


Requirements:

  • Bachelor or equivalent education level
  • Fluent Polish and advanced English
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Reporting skills and forecasting with Salesforce
  • Will be required to travel frequently
  • Driving license


What is the job description for the Regional Account Manager?


  • Develop sales in his territory;
  • Prospect new end customers;
  • Identify and qualify short, medium, and long‑term projects;
  • Drive opportunities in coordination with partners;
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline and accurate forecast;
  • Represent the company to regional actors;
  • Ensure accurate and regular reporting.



Which team?


You will be part of the Sales Team spread across France and Europe. You will be working with Pawel, Country Manager of Stormshield Poland.

Recruitment Process

1 - A first conversation with William, the recruiter.

2 - An interview with Pawel, the Country Manager.

3 - A meeting with presales team and product manager from VAD to discuss how our daily work and tasks look like.

4 - A final meeting with Cécile.
