Job Summary: Provide comprehensive I&IT business analysis services to support diverse business and technology needs. Stakeholder management and reporting I&IT wide performance KPIs. Identify drivers to costs in IT operations and their corresponding savings levers, and align with stakeholders on delivering savings and tracking and reporting this on an ongoing basis. Support resource utilization tracking and management. Engage business stakeholders and subject matter experts to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements. Contribute to business analysis policies, standards, processes, and best practices related to portfolio reporting tools and ensure consistency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document business requirements to support effective I&IT solution development related to the roll out of industry standard portfolio reporting tools.
- Create and maintain business analysis artifacts such as functional and non-functional requirements and business rules.
- Conduct business modeling including use case, process, data flow, and data models.
- Conduct stakeholder engagement activities including interviews, workshops, and mockups.
- Create collaterals related to changing management and communication to relevant stakeholders across I&IT.
- Understand drivers and levers to OPEX savings related to hardware and software costs. Work with asset owners to identify savings and validate the savings with Finance.
- Stakeholder management and reporting I&IT wide performance KPIs.
- Support hiring and onboarding of resources in I&IT.
- Track and report Overtime and utilization of resources.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and report to I&IT management and stakeholders.
- Develop performance measures, traceability matrices, and conduct post-implementation follow-ups.
Required Skills:
- Excellent MS office toolset knowledge and application (Excel, PowerPoint and MS-Word)
- Experience developing strategies, business cases, and cost-benefit analyses
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement experience
- Experience preparing presentations and briefing notes for various audiences
- Hands-on experience with developing and implementing use cases in industry standard enterprise portfolio management tools (e.g. Asana, JIRA)
- Development of Power BI reports and data analysis
- Awareness of emerging I&IT trends and technologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and teamwork skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
- 7 years of experience in stakeholder management and reporting I&IT wide performance KPIs
- 7 years of experience identifying drivers to costs in IT operations and their corresponding savings levers, aligning with stakeholders on delivering savings, and tracking and reporting this on an ongoing basis
- 7 years of hands-on experience with developing and implementing use cases in industry standard enterprise portfolio management tools (e.g. Asana, JIRA)
- 7 years of experience with excellent MS office toolset knowledge and application (Excel, PowerPoint and MS-Word)
- 7 years of experience supporting resource utilization tracking and management
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with information retrieval systems and tools
- Knowledge of Information Management principles, policies, and practices
- Ability to translate business and data requirements into technical specifications
- Experience with business functional modeling, event modeling, and process mapping
- Experience working in structured, object-oriented, and agile methodologies
- Experience developing and applying business analysis performance measures
- CPA or Finance background
- Public Sector Experience
Education Requirements:
- CPA License required
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 days onsite (which will eventually change to 5 days)
