Job Purpose

GM Office Reports to:

  • Support the General Manager in public relations, administration, and Chinese-English translation to ensure efficient operation of GM's office.

  • Assist the general manager in formulating strategies for implementing government-enterprise relations, maintain and expand resources from the government, media, industry associations and major clients, coordinate the company's public relations activities, and enhance the company's brand image and industry influence. 协助总经理制定落地政企关系策略,维护拓展政府、媒体、行业协会及大客户资源,统筹公司公关活动,提升企业品牌形象与行业影响力。
  • Actively participate in various activities organized by industrial gas and chemical industry associations and related institutions to enhance the external corporate image. 积极参与工业气体、化工行业协会及相关机构组织的各项活动,提升对外企业形象。
  • Follow up on policies and regulations and output risk analysis, assist business departments in obtaining qualifications, strive for policies, and provide advice for investment projects. 跟进政策法规并输出风险分析,辅助业务部门办理资质、争取政策,为投资项目提供建议。
  • Handle the company's daily public relations matters and sudden public relations crises, formulate response plans, sort out and convey information, and reduce public relations risks. 处理公司日常公关事宜及突发公关危机,制定应对方案,做好信息梳理与传递,降低公关风险。
  • Be responsible for external publicity to enhance the company's social influence in the local area. Connect with media resources, assist in managing media interviews, article releases, etc., to ensure consistency and professionalism in the company's external information dissemination. 负责对外宣传,提升公司在当地的社会影响力。对接媒体资源,协助管理媒体采访、稿件发布等事宜,保障公司对外信息传播的一致性与专业性。 Administrative Section

  • Be responsible for the overall management of the company's administrative business and establish standardized administrative work processes. 负责公司行政业务的统筹管理,搭建标准化行政工作流程。
  • Manage the general manager's daily office affairs, including scheduling, meeting organization, itinerary planning, etc. Draft various documents and reports of the general manager to ensure the general manager's work is efficient and orderly. 统筹总经理日常办公事务,包括日程安排、会议组织、行程规划等,起草总经理各类文件、报告等,确保总经理工作高效有序。
  • Coordinate communication and coordination between the headquarters' various functional departments and the company, the company's various sites & functional departments and the general manager's office, convey the general manager's work instructions, follow up on the implementation of matters and provide timely feedback. 协调总部各职能部门与公司、公司各现场及职能部门与总经办的沟通对接,传达总经理工作指示,跟进事项落实情况并及时反馈。
  • Be responsible for the daily administrative support of the general manager's office, plan and execute key business receptions; manage reception workflows, oversee details, and uphold the company’s professional image. 负责总经办的日常行政保障、公司重要商务接待的筹备与执行,做好接待流程衔接、细节把控,展现企业良好形象。 Translation Section

Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Bachelor degree or above. 大学本科以上学历。
  • Majored in English, public relations, journalism, and marketing are preferred. 英语、公共关系、新闻、市场专业优先。
  • Experience:
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Government Relations / Public Affairs / GM Assistant in multinational companies in China 3年以上跨国公司政府关系/公共事务/总助经验。
  • Experience in industrial gases or chemical industry is preferred 有工业气体或者化工行业经验优先。
  • Languages:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill in both Chinese and English 具备出色的中英文口语沟通和书面写作能力。
  • Competency:
  • Strong business acumen. 良好的商业意识及灵敏度。
  • Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and take interaction with parties concerned. 出色的沟通能力、组织能力,与相关方互动能力。
  • Strong ability of understanding government policy and application into enterprises. 较强的政策解读、企业匹配应用能力。
  • Ability to start building influencer relationships through new digital channels. 在各种新数字化渠道中,能够建立影响力。
  • Demonstrable track record of managing issues and handling crises. 有解决问题和处理危机的记录。
