Duties

Accounts Payables

Invoice Process: Recording of approved invoices in the system.

Purchasing: Create and manage purchase orders for non-inventory items.

Supplier Reconciliation: Resolving discrepancies with vendors regarding missing or incorrect invoices.

Aging Analysis: Monitoring overdue payables and resolving late payments with vendors.

Vendor Communication: Enter new Vendors into NetSuite. Managing vendor relationships, responding to inquiries.

Accounts Receivables

Invoicing: Preparing and issuing invoices to customers for goods sold and services provided.

o Goods sold: Ensuring correct pricing, ensuring shipping charges are applied, correct payment terms.

o Services: Ensuring correct pricing, invoices are using the correct account and billed to the correct customer

- Payment follow up

Aging Analysis and Collection Management

- Enter new Customers into NetSuite

- Generating accounts receivable aging reports to track overdue invoices

- Following up with customers regarding overdue invoices

- Sending reminders, making calls

ERP (Net Suites) Assistance
