This role is being offered on a 12-month full-time contract.
Reporting to the Property Manager, Shopping Centres, your role as Marketing Executive is to create & support marketing Initiatives that will ensure your centres' KPI’s are met, whilst ensuring positive brand perception, and optimal experience for customers, Hawaiian retailers, and the wider shopping centre community.
A Snapshot Of Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships with retailers, the Hawaiian shopping centre team, Hawaiian brand team and the local community.
- Execute the approved marketing plans for the centre/s to assist in meeting business KPI’s.
- Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager - Suburban and the wider Suburban Shopping Centre Marketing team - to develop and execute portfolio-wide campaigns and activations, aligned to brand.
- Measure, analyse and provide insights on sales, traffic and marketing targets through monthly asset marketing reports.
- Support retailers with the centre marketing initiatives and activations.
- Collaborate with the asset team and Senior Marketing Manager to develop annual marketing strategies and plans that drive agreed outcomes, including contributing to asset sales and traffic growth.
- Own and manage all digital channels; including website, social media and eDM and ensuring content is on‑brand, current and optimised to drive engagement and channel growth.
- Collaborate with the asset team to achieve the best outcomes for the centre/s.
- Contribute to and be guided by shopping centre Strategic Asset plans and the Hawaiian brand when delivering marketing initiatives.
- Foster local relationships and grassroots partnerships that align and support the Community strategy.
- Maintain good working relationships with retailers through regular communication and meetings, both formal and informal.
- Marketing Degree or similar
- At least 2+ years’ experience in a related field (property/shopping centre industry) is highly advantageous.
- Experience using multimedia production tools and a range of personal computer applications including Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other web-based products.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
