Are you a proven sales professional who knows how to retain, grow and win business?

At Ricoh, we’re looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio across Office Print, and Managed Print Services (MPS). This is a territory-based role with clear revenue accountability, focused on expanding existing customers while driving new business growth.

You’ll play a key role in helping customers optimise their print environments, reduce cost and improve operational efficiency, positioning Ricoh as a long-term strategic partner.


What you’ll be responsible for

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of print and MPS customers, with a strong focus on retention and contract expansion
  • Identify and deliver opportunities to optimise print fleets, improve utilisation and reduce costs
  • Drive renewals, upgrades and new business wins within your territory
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across IT, procurement and operations
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline aligned to revenue targets
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through to close
  • Partner with pre-sales, technical and service teams to deliver the right outcomes for customers


To be successful in this role:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Managed Print Services sales/account management
  • Strong knowledge of:

-Print environments and fleet optimisation

-Commercial models (CPC, leasing, managed services)

  • Proven track record of:

-Growing existing account

-Winning new business

-Achieving sales targets

  • Ability to build long-term, trusted customer relationships
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and problem-solving capability
  • High level of ownership, drive and accountability
