33 Taps is seeking a versatile and entrepreneurial Director of Operations to join their leadership team as they enter this exciting new growth phase. The ideal candidate is a high-level, multiunit experienced restaurant operator who can help build a best-in-class operation efficiently and sustainably as the brand grows. This is a hands-on role that will effectively assume all operational responsibility for the group, with a focus on culture building, systems/structure, proactive HR management, elevating standards, and developing strategies to hire, train, and retain top talent.

An ownership mentality is essential, along with an extensive background and understanding of multiunit operations. This person must be passionate about working with people, and able to connect with and inspire individuals across all levels of the organization. Candidates should also possess a strong business acumen and be well-versed in HR/labor laws, best practices, and risk mitigation. Looking for a collaborative, resourceful, and leadership-driven individual to streamline operations from a high-level strategy mindset, while developing seamless systems and structure to support ongoing growth.

Compensation includes a base salary in the $150-200k range DOE, plus 20% annual bonus potential, partially covered medical benefits, and progressive PTO plan. This is a great opportunity for a talented restaurant operator looking to play an integral role in building something special!
