What You Will Do 

• Analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements for new and existing customer solutions
• Support the design and development of new products and services, and actively contribute to various project initiatives
• Ensure clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., customers, management, business specialists, service providers)
• Provide professional and technical guidance to market participants integrating or extending CONNEXOR services
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and continuous improvement of solutions

What You Bring

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial industry (e.g., banks, financial service providers, trading venues)
• Very strong experience with databases and data analysis; proficiency is SQL and Python
• Exceptional understanding of financial markets, with in depth knowledge of structured products and their components, as well as the principles of quantitative finance
• Very strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, quick comprehension, and a precise, structured working style
• Fluent English skills to interact with international colleagues and stakeholders. Spanish knowledge is a nice to have but not mandatory
